Our Fire Cider begins with the chopping of horseradish, ginger root, onion, garlic, orange, lemon, habanero peppers, jalapeno peppers, turmeric, thyme, & rosemary. We stuff all of this spicy deliciousness into a mason jar and cover it with raw organic apple cider vinegar. It then brews for 6 weeks which allows for the vinegar to extract the delicious flavors and all of the health promoting compounds of the plants, fruits and vegetables.

After the 6 weeks is up, we strain it and mix the spicy apple cider vinegar with local, raw honey.

The honey balances out the spice while also adding additional health benefits, including being a power antioxidant and having antibacterial properties.

Fire cider is rich in immune boosting vitamins and nutrients, and can promote gut health and digestive support.

We suggest taking drinking 1-2 tablespoons daily. Drink as is or mix with water or your favorite beverage. Shake well before use.

Not for kids under two. We recommend diluting the mixture with water or juice for kids as the flavor is strong.

Stores room temperature in a cool, dark spot for up to 18 months.
